”I’m there, but I can’t see it. So I think it’s about an invisible complicity or something. Because I’m still involved and making it all possible, but not really.” – Partner to entrepreneur.
The book Invisible participation discusses the intersection between two government missions – to promote entrepreneurship and gender equality. It broadens the view of what equality means when it comes to entrepreneurship and business. And raise new voices and perspectives so that we can discuss how to use the new knowledge.
It is Linköping Science Park that publishes the book, which is based on Matilda Eriksson’s thesis Entrepreneurship’s silent(de) voices. It is written by Joakim Hedström.
